01. What Does It Cost To Use Optimise?There is no license fee or monthly subscriptions for signing up or access. Optimise charges transaction fees and commission on shipments. For carriers, access is 100% free of charge.

02. What Can I Ship?We support all palletised and bulk tank transport. Please contact us for any specific requirements.

03. What Warranties Do I Have For My Shipments?Optimise operates under country-specific freight forward industry terms. We are members of Logistics and Freight Association of Ireland (LFAI). Optimise can also offer specific insurance cover on request. We regularly review our transport providers and only work with professional and experienced carriers.

04. How Does Optimise Verify Carriers?We take pride in ensuring the quality of our Carriers. All Carriers are pre-screened and verified before they start carrying your freight. We regularly monitor compliance documentation and review Carrier performance.

05. Can I Add My Existing Carriers To Optimise?Absolutely, we welcome existing relationships allowing you to manage all your transport on one platform.

06. When Do Carriers Get Paid On Optimise?Optimise pays carriers within 30 days after proof of delivery (POD) is scanned via the driver’s app to the platform.
